| Registered attendees of the conference will receive an information in CD pack with all connected documentation about the different issues of the speechers. For any request or explanation about the content of the conferences, please contact the General Secretariat. |

BOOKING OF STANDS
| Methods of payment: |
- 10% of the payment should be done when signing the stand booking.
- 40% of the payment should be done 90 days before the Exhibition.
- The following 50% of the payment of the stand should be done at least 35 days before the beginning of the European Energy Forum 2007.

| Discounts: |
- 10% discount of stand fee will be given if the whole payment is done before 30th December 2006.
- If the whole payment is done between 30th December 2006 and 28th February 2007, 5% discount will be applied.

| Cancellation: |
- Stand cancellation within 3 months before the exhibition beginning penalized with 30% stand fee.
- Stand cancellation within 35 days before the beginning of European Energy Forum 2007, will be penalized with 100% stand fee.
